Usually 1–2 business days after the application is complete; in exceptional cases, it may take a few days longer.

You benefit from exclusive business customer conditions, a possible payment term of 30 days (subject to credit check), and optimized shipping conditions.

After your business customer account has been activated, you can log in to the customer area at any time. After logging in, your individual business customer conditions and prices will be displayed automatically.

Then select the desired products, quantities and delivery addresses and complete your order conveniently online. After successful completion of the order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail and we will process your order as quickly as possible.

After a successful initial order via bank transfer and a positive credit check, payment terms of up to 30 days are possible. Please note that even with "purchase on account" as the payment method, goods are generally only dispatched after payment has been received.

Yes, minimum order quantities apply for B2B orders. The required purchase quantities are displayed directly with each product after logging in. This way, you can always see transparently which quantities apply for ordering as a business customer.

Yes, our product range includes various container sizes – from 500 ml spray bottles to 1,000 L IBC containers. Depending on the product and container size, some variants may have a lead time of approximately 1–2 weeks.

Smaller orders are shipped with Swiss Post, larger deliveries with our logistics partners.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. For orders over CHF 1,000.00, delivery is free; for orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 20.00.

If you have selected "Pickup (B2B)" as your shipping option, your order will usually be ready for pickup on the same or next business day. We will notify you as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
